Can being hospitalized with an IV bag stunt height growth?

I'm wondering if being hospitalized for 1 week with an Intravenous bag being your source of "Food" stunt height growth. I was hospitalized for 1 week without eating food and the Intravenous bag was my source of food. I know that a lack of nutrition can stunt growth, but does a Intravenous bag provide enough nutrients?
