Do i have Worms or diarrhea ?

so I am not used to eating sweets, I ate about a bag of Oreos. later that night I went to my dads house and he got a new puppy that was getting rid of his worms. the next morning he was completely rid of them. last night I was having horrible diarrhea nd there were spots in them as if I had eatten corn. I ate corn a few days before then. could it just be because I'm not use to having sugar in my body or is it because I have worms?
