I ordered an item from Amazon and was sent a product that had been opened and the lotion was half gone...?

How do I return it? They say they will not accept anything that has been opened....I didn't do it...it came that way. I ordered 2 bottles of lotion. One was wrapped in cellophane and full, the other was half empty with no pkging. No BIG money but it is irritating none the less. How do I contact someone to get some assistance? No phone numbers listed and you can't e-mail them. I was certainly charged the full price for both!!
