Is he serious or does he just want sex? :(?

This guy has recently been chasing me, texting me all the time, asking me out all the time. i was sure he was an idiot, cause he made out with some random girl at a party, and I was sure he wasnt serious about it. I didnt care, I hooked up with some other guy for fun- i thought he'd lose interest. but then we kinda got talking, and he's really funny and he kept asking me out, so i said he could take me out to dinner. he was so happy, and he's been sending me sweet texts. then we went out clubbing in austin and i ended up makin out with him, his hands were all over, we were kind of drunk. and now he's saying he thinks im beautiful and can't wait to see me again, and that he's told his parents loads about me, he wants me to meet them! the thing is, he also told me he wants to see me naked etc. I'm a virgin and though i do want to sleep with him, i don't want to be used. (19 years old) Does he sound serious? How do I make him wait, and respect me? we've only gone out on a date once. Thanks guys :S
