How does this make you feel, that most people are wrong about this?

they could actually arrest him saying they saw him smoke it. wow that would be difficult. the cops that lost that trial were probably idiots. either way if he has it on him it is still possession no matter what the search purpose, i do not understand your purpose of this write up. were you the man arrested for said event? makes you wonder..
