Who is at fault my brother or my sweet little dog?
My brother left my mac computer on the table and our little maltese is a very good jumper so he jumped on the table and dropped the water on my computer so it broke. Who is at fault my brother for leaving my computer on the table with water by it or my sweet little dog.
