How to make a flame effect on the wall with lights?

I thought I posted this already but apparently not. I am looking to make a flame effect on the wall with lights for Halloween. A cheap way. I was thinking red lights, using cellophane and making like shadow effects, or something but not sure if it is going to work. Google didnt really help. thanks.
