How to open a wii game cd case?

As far as i know, that is actually a security tag that's supposed to keep the box closed. The shopkeeper is meant to take that off upon purchase, and must have forgot. I would recommend taking it back to the store to have it opened; you could open it manually, but you'd risk damaging the box.
